Shipping & freight

About four fifths of what leaves here goes by parcel. The rest goes on a truck. The site handles both, in the same cart, at the same checkout.

Parcel

• Live carrier rates, no flat fee and no free-shipping threshold. You pay what it actually costs to move your box to your ZIP.
• In-stock orders leave the warehouse the next business day.
• Ground service to the lower 48.
• Occasional promotions run as coupon codes rather than a standing threshold.

LTL freight

Which method you get is decided by the cart, not by a label on the product. A case of tape goes parcel. Forty of the same case is a pallet, and a pallet is cheaper on a truck. Once a cart is heavy enough for that to be true, the freight rate appears next to the parcel rate at checkout and you take whichever is lower. Skids of gaylords and stacks of pallets are freight at any quantity, because no parcel carrier will accept them.

• Liftgate and residential delivery are included in the quote, not billed afterwards.
• Freight orders typically pick up within one to two business days and deliver in three to five.
• A delivery appointment is arranged by the carrier if the destination needs one.
• If the automated rate looks wrong for your lane, email us and we'll re-quote by hand. That comes back inside a business hour.

Mixed orders

Ordering six rolls of tape and two pallets is normal here. We split the shipment, rate each leg separately, and you track both from one order page. You are never charged two full freight minimums for one order.

Damage and shortages

Note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — a clean signature makes a freight claim significantly harder. Photograph the pallet before it's broken down. Send both to us and we'll handle the carrier claim ourselves rather than putting you in the middle of it.

Returns

Unopened cases come back within 30 days. You cover return shipping and we refund the goods in full. The one exception: if we picked the wrong item or described it wrong, the return is on us. Custom-cut and printed items are not returnable — we'll flag that clearly before you buy.
